25% of rental price plus refundable damage/security deposit due upon reservation. For a one-week stay or less the remainder of rent is due 30-days prior to first day of visit. Monthly rentals require the remainder of rent to be due and payable 60-days prior to first day of visit. All cancellations receive full refund if cancellation is made 30-days for a one-week or less stay and 60-days for a monthly stay prior to the first day of visit. Full refund is given if cancellation is made prior to the cancellation date as stipulated above or prior to the first day of the visit and the unit rents. (three-day minimum required)
